The Tarallino is a typical food of Apulia tradition. Thanks to its rounded shape, its genuine ingredients and processing as well as its delicate taste, this product has now become very popular worldwide and ideal on every occasion. Agricola del Sole has enriched the traditional recipe with a valuable ingredient: the durum wheat semolina, giving them a unique touch of crispness.

Consumption advice

Tarallini are ideal to whet the appetite both crunched alone and served in combination with every cheese type, fresh and seasoned, with cold cuts and pickles as well. We recommend tasting Tarallini with a good glass of Bombino Bianco DOC Castel del Monte Masseria Faraona wine.
