Racioppi

Salad snacks with remilled durum wheat semolina, they are full of black olives in pieces. Derive their name from “Racioppo di Corato”, as is also named the cultivar “Coratina” typical of the province of Bari, from which extra virgin olive oil, notoriously healthy and slightly bitter, is obtained. Irresistibly crisp and scented, Racioppi are ideal to whet the appetite with something tasty and healthy.
