Salad snacks with remilled durum wheat semolina, they are full of black olives in pieces. Derive their name from “Racioppo di Corato”, as is also named the cultivar “Coratina” typical of the province of Bari, from which extra virgin olive oil, notoriously healthy and slightly bitter, is obtained.
