The Taralli with chili pepper are unique for their simple ingredients, their lightness and fragrance. Made according to an old local recipe, the Taralli with chili pepper perfectly integrate the Apulian gastronomic tradition as they are made with simple genuine ingredients mixed with extra virgin olive oil and white wine. They are extraordinarily crisp and give off the typical smell of wheat semolina with a pleasant flavor of chili pepper.

Consumption advice
They are very pleasant to crunch and perfect tasted with all kinds of cheese, sausages and vegetables both pickled in oil and in vinegar. Their flavor become more intense if are tasted sipping a glass of Nero di Troia DOC Castel del Monte Masseria Faraona wine.
